Covid-19 has been a difficult time for everyone. We understand it can be even more challenging when dealing with ongoing pain or an injury during this period. During lockdown we continued to help our patients through our virtual sessions. As the guidelines have changed, we have adapted alongside them. We are now currently providing all our services. However, monitor our website for any further updates as the guidelines change.
What are we doing to prevent the spread of Covid-19?
We are sanitising our room and equipment pre and post sessions. During your appointment with us we will wear the appropriate PPE, alongside the guidelines. We will send you an email 24 hours before your appointment to clarify you have no COVID-19 symptoms, come in contact with any with COVID-19 symptoms or have recently travelled to a red list country.
What can you do to help?
Ensure you sanitise your hands pre and post session. Please do not attended your appointment and contact us if the following applies to you:
- If you have any COVID-19 symptoms
- If you have had contact with someone with COVID-19
- If you have travelled to any of the red list countries in the past 14 days
What to do if you are unable or uncomfortable with being seen face-to-face
We are still doing our virtual sessions. If you are having to self-isolate, guidelines change, or you are uncomfortable with face-to-face sessions you can still have your appointments with us. We are here to help you manage your injury and symptoms no matter what the situation. If you have any other questions regarding treatment and COVID-19 please feel free to contact us whenever. See our contact details on our contact page.
